David C. Irmer has been a major participant in the Northern California real estate development industry since the early 1960's.

The Innisfree Companies, along with related participating interests, has been involved in significant Redevelopment Agency sponsorships consisting of shopping centers, condominiums, mixed-use developments, and offices throughout the Bay Area under David C. Irmer' s leadership and management.

 


Ken Lowney AIA, LEED AP, President
Lowney Architecture

Ken Lowney founded Lowney Architecture in Oakland, CA in 2003 and is the president and design director of the firm. He has worked with large and small corporations, city governments, communities and private developers. Areas of design expertise include grocery stores, restaurants, retail environments, offices, multifamily housing, parking structures, bridges, and urban design. The firm has won AIA, Golden Nugget and other industry awards.

 

Lowney Architecture has earned particular acclaim for its retail and multifamily design. Throughout Northern California, the firm has designed "vertical", podium style retail projects that incorporate grocery stores, parking structures, retail space and housing. In 2012, the firm completed the first modular multifamily housing project in San Francisco, and continues to design modular multifamily projects throughout the Bay Area.   


Jeffrey Antrim, President
Proforma Construction

As president and founder of Proforma Construction, Jeff strives to provide a full spectrum of service to the construction industry including build to suit, custom commercial re-development, and tenant improvements.

 

He has a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with a minor in Business. His expertise is in Design/Build and Design / Assist construction projects. In the construction business for over 25 years, Jeff has built and completed  over 600 commercial projects in various asset classes including: retail, commercial, multi-family, motels/motels, restaurants, industrial, R&D, concrete tilt-up and medical/dental facilities.

November's Book Club selection is Capital in the Twenty-First Century by Thomas Piketty (2014). Available on Kindle/Audible.  The Book Club is open to all and reservations are not required. 

Mentoring Session: (10:00 am)  

Lori Rehn, President of Core Business Development, Inc. talks about goal settting at the November Mentoring Session.  Lori will have an interactive program that will help identify and break down specific tasks in order to ensure success in reaching set goals. Lori works with business owners to help them define exactly what they want their businesses to be, and then she works with them to make it happen by delivering world-class business tools and advice.
