CAM Course - Harrisburg (PAA Central) 

The onsite manager is a vital link between the residents residing within the community and the owners / investors of the property. By becoming a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), you will have the competitive edge to take your career to the next level. CAM trainings helps you manage your apartment community and your team more effectively.

The CAM Course begins on September 15th and runs through November 5, 2015. 

Each class will run from 9 AM until 4 PM and will be held in the PAA Central Education Center.

Legal Responsibilities    - 9/22

Human Resource Management     -  9/29

Fair Housing   - 10/14

Marketing -  10/22

Property Maintenance for Managers  -  10/23

Risk Management   -  10/28

Financial Management - 11/4

Research, Analysis & Evaluation - 11/5

Prerequisite: You must have worked in the apartment industry for at least 12 months; successfully completed the nine courses listed above (which total 55 ½ hours) as well as a Community Analysis project; and meet all examination requirements within a 24 months of declaring your candidacy for CAM.
