Virginia Palmer, Ph.D., is Director of Resources Unlimited Human Development Foundation and President of MV Green Power LLC. Virginia has a BA in Journalism, MA in Counseling and a Ph.D. in Human Development. She combines 25 years of personal power seminars, transformational trainings and the new dream power series to help you manifest your goals and live your dreams with cutting edge techniques and processes.

Virginia is a former Executive Director of People for Parks in Los Angeles and Leadership Trainer for Los Angeles County Parks. She is a faculty member and counselor at Austin Community College as well as Press/ Public Relations Director of the Texas Senate. She is a Tennis Professional, Seminar Leader, Therapist, and Success Coach.

The common thread that runs through Virginia Palmer's work is her commitment to inspire and empower people to live richer, more successful lives in a happier, balanced and more sustainable environment.

Virginia founded Resources Unlimited Human Development Foundation, 501c(3), in 1994 as an organization to foster personal power, partnership models, environmental responsibility as well as to help manifest dreams of personal and global transformation.
