Heart Healthy Living with the American Heart Association

Caitlin Iorillo will plan to share some information about stroke awareness, as May is American Stroke Month, and will also plan to talk specifically about Women’s Heart Health (i.e. the symptoms of a heart attack in women and Life’s Simple 7, the 7 steps you can do to improve your cardiovascular health). She will give a little information about the Go Red For Women Movement as well.

Caitlin is the Director of Social Events at the American Heart Association and have been with the organization for over a year. The campaigns that she oversee's are the Greater Hartford Go Red For Women Luncheon and the Hartford Heart Ball, two of Connecticut’s Premier Social Events.

Chamber members, There is no charge for this event, coffee and tea is provided by the Atria, Greenridge Place.

Future Chamber members, there will be a $5 fee collected at the door, and can be applied to your Chamber membership!
