Eloisa Miller, Deputy Director of Economic and Business Equity, Economic & Business Equity (MWESB), Governor's office.
Eloisa Miller is the interim Director for Economic & Business Equity, Office of Governor Kitzhaber. In this role she works internally with state agency staff to: increase certified firm contracting participation; provide certified firms with contracting opportunity information and tools/resources for business growth; and engage with external stakeholders who share the Office’s interests. Eloisa joined the Governor's Office with eight years at ODOT’s Procurement Office (OPO) as an Intergovernmental Agreement Specialist. She is a strong proponent of assisting businesses focused on achieving greater success. Eloisa has three boys who keep her young at heart, a great passion for health and fitness, and enjoys applying her creativity at every opportunity.
