Feeling a little overwhelmed?! Join us at Recharj to practice relaxing our nervous system, reducing our stress and feeling better than ever. We will hold a 60 minute mediation session with a Recharj trainer focused on helping us let go of the stress. Be prepared to show an ID to the building concierge and leave your shoes at the door!
