Creative Worship with Jason Moore 

The Office of Faith Community Development is excited to welcome Jason Moore to the Pacific Northwest for the Creative Worship Seminar: a one-day workshop with a focus on helping worship leadership and pastoral staff to infuse more creativity and passion into the worship experience. 

About the seminar:

The Creative Worship seminar combines the latest and best material from Jason Moore's books Design Matters, Digital Storytellers, The Wired Church 2.0, and Taking Flight with Creativity. His experiences working in the local church, A 5- DISTRICT OFFICE and his expertise as a producer and consultant working with churches around the country. The one-day event is an ongoing mix of practical philosophy and tips for developing and maturing your creativity in worship, from moving your sermons from routine to integrating themes and media into the rest of worship. The goal of this seminar is to learn to creatively communicate the Gospel and to transform lives for Jesus Christ. Jason will focus on the use of metaphors, graphics and video using his own productions, as well as the best from many other churches doing excellent, cutting edge worhshop. The seminar will also introduce team ideas that really work and are rooted in real-world case studies. Lastly, you will come to understand the challenges of making media that matters. 

Who is it for?

For both “newbies” and more experienced pastors, worship producers, designers and leaders, the seminar is helpful for a wide variety of people, regardless of proficiency level. The reason is, regardless of experience, it is rare that a church has a collective understanding of how to think not just in text, but image. Jason designed the Creative Worship seminar to be equally instructional for those wanting to take initial steps and those needing direction to re-ignite and flame their ministry efforts.
