Symposium attendees should park in Lot C at the northwest corner of Madison St. and Wood St. (entrance is on Wood St.)  and enter through the East Atrium Office Entrance off of Wood St. Doors will open and check-in will begin at 8:30am. Symposium will begin promptly at 9:00am.

The Madhouse Team Store will open at 10:00am. All Symposium attendees will receive a 10% discount.

A Step aHead Hockey Safety Symposium 

The Chicago Blackhawks, AHAI, Athletico and NorthShore University HealthSystem are proud to announce our very first “A Step aHead Hockey Safety Symposium” at the United Center Atrium. This FREE event includes local and national experts on a variety of topics that impact the health and safety of youth hockey players.

10:00am - Sleep: Why It's Essential for Your Athletic Performance & Health: Dr. Meeta Singh

12:00pm - Ensuring Emotional & Psychological Safety in Youth Sports: Joe Terrasi, PCA

Coffee, tea and water will be provided at no cost. Concession items will be available for purchase from 11:00am to 12:30pm. MadWest Coffee and Food Cafe will be open throughout the day. All Symposium attendees will receive a 10% discount at the Madhouse Team Store, a special A Step aHead Hockey Safety Symposium giveaway and will be entered into a drawing for the chance to win 4 tickets to a mutually agreed upon game during the 2018-2019 season.
