Human Resources:

Human resource demands require training and implementation. In this course, students learn about each phase in the HR cycle. Students receive the tools needed to address the human resource demands they encounter on a daily basis.

Inventory and OSHA:
October 25 - 26, 2017
Inventory plays an increasingly important and changing role in today’s veterinary practice. Developing a complete inventory management view and understanding the financial impact of inventory are key takeaways from this course. In this course, students also learn how to be effective OSHA coordinators for their practices and they receive materials that provide everything for completing an OSHA-compliant safety binder.

Marketing:
November 15 - 16, 2017
This course emphasizes key marketing strategies, such as creating client experiences, community involvement, Internet presence, social media and patient-focused programs. Students learn the value of measuring and monitoring marketing efforts through client feedback, retention and compliance. Tools for immediate marketing action are provided, allowing students to implement marketing strategies after completion of the course.

Finance:
December 13 - 14, 2017
This course provides an understanding of the relationship between money and all aspects of a veterinary practice.
