Workshops to support Carers

Limetree Cookery and healthy eating discussion

Our aims are to provide a series of workshops which have been designed to support all of you the carers who are involved. During this programme you will have the opportunity to discuss medication and other health related concerns with the pharmacist on a one to one basis.

To care for others you first need to care for yourself.

This week we will have a cookery demonstration from Limetree and after we will discuss about healthy eating.
