ICAHN is awarding merit based scholarships for the 2017 ICAHN Nurse Preceptor Academy. Ten $100.00 scholarships per nurse are available. A maximum of two scholarships per hospital will be awarded. This completed form is due by May 19, 2017. Funding for the scholarships is made possible from the Illinois AHEC Program.
