Position Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• At least 6 months food service experience or more in the position you are applying for (1 year or more preferred)

• Ability to work rotating shifts Monday through Sunday including nights, weekends, and holidays. • Outstanding customer service with the ability to respond to all customer needs and communicate in a friendly way
• Stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work in a fast paced high volume working environment.

Position Descriptions

Server: Maintains the highest standards and consistency for hospitality and the guest experience. Completes all assigned opening/closing and running sidework to prepare dining room, kitchen and service stations for efficient operation during meal periods. Cleans and organizes assigned stations in dining room before and after meal time rush. Uses suggestive selling techniques to offer specific appetizers, drink specials, menu items, desserts and other types of promotions.

 Host: Opens the door for every guest that’s is entering or exiting the restaurant. Greets guests and seats guests in a courteous and timely manner as they enter the restaurant and/or communicates delays in seating. Maintains accurate seating chart for each shift and ensures proper rotation of server stations. Accommodates special needs of guests and communicate needs to appropriate staff.

Cashier: Responsible for recording sales transactions on cash register and providing general guest assistance by performing the following duties.

Cooks: Prepares all food items according to prep sheets or as per manager. Communicates with teammates in a professional manner regarding guest orders. Stocks all essential food and other related items in preparation of shift for the operational flow of the restaurant. Follows portion and quality control standards of the menu.

 Busser: Responsible for checking orders for accuracy before they leave the kitchen and deliver those orders to and for all guests in a fashion that contributes to the smooth, efficient operation of the restaurant by performing the following duties.

Dishwasher: Helps maintain cleanliness in every area of the restaurant, inside and out, each shift, each day including but not limited to: Dining room, Bar, Lounge, Take-Out area, Kitchen and all Walk-In coolers, Entrance ways in and out of building, Restrooms, Break areas, Storage areas, Garbage storage areas and Building exterior. Can properly and safely use a ladder both inside and outside the building.

Bartender: Responsible for preparing and serving cocktails, and for handling currency transactions by performing the following duties.

Manager: Responsible for communicating with HOH team members and checking orders for accuracy before they leave the kitchen in a fashion that contributes to the smooth, efficient operation of the restaurant by performing the following duties.

Maintenance Staff: Helps maintain cleanliness in every area of the restaurant, inside and out, each shift, each day including but not limited to: Dining room, Bar, Lounge, Take-Out area, Kitchen and all Walk-In coolers, Entrance ways in and out of building, Restrooms, Break areas, Storage areas, Garbage storage areas and Building exterior. Can properly and safely use a ladder both inside and outside the building.

 Delivery: Deliver food orders to clients in a timely and professional manner. Familiarity with the Times Square location will be a great plus. Must be reliable and punctual.

Greeter: Responsible to greet and seat guests in a fashion that contributes to the smooth, efficient operation of the restaurant.
