We will be on the call together at the exact moment of the
Equinox ~ which is the same no matter where you are on the Planet. The word refers to a time of equal night and daylight as the sun crosses the equator, weaving between the hemispheres. As such, it can remind us of balance, and the inner mating dance between apparent opposites:
Darkness ~ Light
Yin ~ Yang
Inner ~ Outer
Solitude ~ Communion
Come explore the connection between Meditation and Expression ~ diving inward to connect with Soul, and coming out to live and love and create with others, in the way you are designed to do.
The call will begin by tuning our energies in meditation. We will flow through a lively discussion, a playful ritual, and a powerful meditation for the world. We will also make time to respond to questions or comments about your personal energy practice.
