This one day training provides participants with information on how positive behavioral interventions and supports (PBIS) can be used as a foundation for inclusive opportunities for students with significant disabilities. Strategies will be presented that can help provide access to content and activities for all students as well as allow students with challenging behavior to participate inclusive opportunities. Scheduling and programming ideas for inclusion will also be shared. As this content is geared toward providing supports in the inclusive setting, general education staff are strongly encouraged to attend. No prerequisites are required for this training.
