Separation Best Practices

As leaders work to improve the employee experience offboarding often remains as an area that needs closer attention.

It does not matter whether they leave voluntarily or lose their jobs, the parting of ways with your workforce can be difficult and uncomfortable.

Let’s discuss some strategies for making it as seamless as possible.  We have all had personal experiences on at least one side (if not both) of this equation.  Come share your ideas and experiences.  What are you doing now that is working?  What is one piece of advice you would offer to another based on what you learned the hard way?

If you have forms, checklists or some other tool feel free to bring copies to share.
