A new survey of nearly 1000 adults conducted by Anthem found that
35% of Millennials (ages 18 to 34) have turned down a job offer either fully or partially due to the fact that they were dissatisfied with insurance offerings, compared to 27% of U.S. respondents overall.
We must acknowledge the radically different needs of a new generation of workers. As employers, we need to think about and design our benefit offerings to fit the flexible employment relationships of our workers and the new “shared economy.”
Joining us will be by benefits consultant Alisa Brake from The Partners Group. Our discussion will include options around Portable, Universal, Pro-Rated benefits, what are the trends that are coming and what are you doing/offering now.
