The Open Floor Meditation Cycle Retreat

In the Open Floor Movement Practice we work with a meditation cycle that encompasses sitting meditation, walking meditation & dancing meditation. We cycle through these several times to drop deeper and deeper into an embodied state of connection and stillness. We will practice the cycle outside as well as in the studio. Relaxation time as well!
