Athletics & Beyond and Denver East Gymnastics Clinic 

 -Is your daughter or son interested in learning what Gymnastics is all about?!

Does your son or daughter flip around the house all day long?! Then Gymnastics is definitely for them!

 -Come learn some basic gymnastics skills!!

 -Please wear comfortable athletic clothing. No jeans, skirts, or overly baggy shirts. Also, please come with hair pulled back!

-There will be several performances: The Denver East High School Gymnastics Team, Local youth gymnasts from Saddle Rock School of Gymnastics, Level 10 gymnast Hope Muszynski, and a Tricking group; tricking is a new sporting movement. It is a combination of freestyle gymnastics and martial arts.

-There will be some free give-a-ways; which include T-shirts, coupons for events at local gyms, gymnastics attire and much more!

*Please wear athletic clothes. No jeans, skirts, or dresses.

Also please wear hair pulled back.
