Fall 2017 Wednesday Book Buddies (5th-8th Grade)

Book Buddies is a mentor based literacy program that partners Junior High Students with K - 2nd grade students for weekly meetings at the library. During the 10 week program students will work together to pick out age and ability appropriate books to read out loud together. Not only does this program assist with the reading ability and confidence of elementary school students but it also teaches junior high students how to work in mentor situations.

Please make sure your student can attend ALL 10 Wednesday sessions from 4:00pm-4:40pm:
