JUMP START YOUR HEART

Jump Start Your Heart – all ladies are encouraged to participate in a day of activities to make a better you. The day includes a self-defense session, Camp Gladiator workout and line dances. There will be speakers from the American Heart Association and the National Diabetes Association. There will also be screening for hypertension and diabetes.
