TO REGISTER:
STEP 1: To ensure everyone who is registered for the event has a guest room, your first step is to make your guest room reservation for each attendee. Please make individual hotel reservations by contacting the Elms Hotel and Spa at 800.843.3567, and mention the Region VII Head Start Directors Caucus room block. If sharing a room, please provide hotel with the name and title for each guest.
You can also dial 816.630.5500, and PRESS ZERO to be directed to the front desk, and they can assist with your reservation.
The guest room rate is $117 + MO tax and a 7% Historic Tax Fee (applies to all reservations). MO tax-exempt letters are accepted at the time of the reservation and are for MO tax only.

Registration fee for the Directors' event is $395 per participant.
The following food and beverages are provided:
Light continental breakfast on Tuesday, October 16th
Lunch on Tuesday, October, October 16th
Full breakfast on Wednesday, October 17th
Coffee and tea service provided daily throughout the training

The Spa at the Elms:
A 10% discount on individual spa services will be extended to Directors' Caucus attendees.

Spa discount is not applicable for spa packages that already include a discount and may not be combined with any other spa discounts or special offers. Guests will be responsible for making their own spa reservations in advance. As appointments are based on availability, and we recommend scheduling your spa services well in advance due to the high demand and specific nature of service requirements. A credit card number is required to guarantee all spa services. All appointments are based upon availability.
