Renowned author and Kata expert, Mike Rother, will present a two-part workshop on using Kata and teaching your organization the habit of critical thinking and PDCA problem solving to achieve challenging goals.

Two-Part Afternoon Session
The afternoon begins with emphasis on Kata in manufacturing and then moves into classroom application. Manufacturers are invited to attend the entire session. Educators and administrators are welcome to attend the whole session or arrive at 5:00pm for the classroom portion.

3:00pm:  Check in, registration, networking

3:30pm:  Mike Rother presentation on Kata in manufacturing

4:15pm:  Guest manufacturer presentation on real-life application and success story

5:00pm:  Break - Colorado educators will arrive to participate in the Kata simulation used by manufacturers and educators alike

5:30pm:  Overview and Kata in the Classroom simulation with Mike Rother

6:30pm:  Q&A and discussion

Registration fee is $100 and includes a copy of Mike Rother’s book "Toyota Kata".
