2013 Spring Statewide Training 

The 2013 Spring Statewide Training will be held at the Lodge of the Four Seasons in Lake Ozark from March 27-29.  As usual, this conference will feature programs of interest to Missouri prosecutors and their assistants.  This year there will be sessions discussing Sex Offender Red Flags, the immigration consequences of criminal convictions, and the robustness of the horizontal gaze nystagmus test.  The new MOPS Technology Resource Program will also be introduced.  And, as always, we will feature a case law update and ethics presentation.  A tentative agenda can be found here:  Tentative Agenda--Spring 2013.

There will be a non-refundable registration fee of $115.00 per person.  Payment can be made by mailing a check, made out to MAPA, to:

Payment can also be made at the door.

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Lodge at a rate of $77.00 per night.  Reservations may be made by contacting the Lodge at 888-265-5500.  Reservations must be made by March 12, 2013, to guarantee this rate.

There will be a group dinner on Wednesday, March 27.  Breakfast will be provided on Thursday and Friday, March 28 and 29, and lunch will be provided on Thursday, March 29.  Family members are welcome to attend these meals at a cost of $15.00 per person per function.  Please indicate on your registration form which meals you will be attending and the number of people.  Please also adjust your registration fee accordingly to cover any expenses for family members.  Payment for family member meals may also be made by separate check, made out to MAPA, and mailed to MOPS as indicated above.  If paying by separate check, please indicate your name and which functions you are paying for.

Please note that you can register multiple individuals at one time.  The first person's information should be added where it says "Personal Information" on the registration form.  To add additional individuals, please click where it says "Guest Information," then enter the requested information.
