Two Rivers Invitational Tournament
for COLORED Belts
Hoyt Middle School
2700 E 42nd St - Des Moines, IA  50317
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Tournament Rules   
1.  Colored belts only - no Black Belts.
2.  Participants that are minors are required to have a parent or guardian complete the registration form and liability waiver.
3. Beginners, those who have participated in no more than four (4) tournaments.
4.  Modified World Taekwondo Federation (WTF)/USA Taekwondo rules.
5.  Participants competing in sparring must wear the following:
     a. White v-neck uniform
     b. Shint/instep protectors
     c. Forearm guards
     d. Mouthpiece
     e. Chest Gear - wrap around style required!
     f.  Head Gear - white is preferred
     g. Male competitors must wear a groin cup inside their uniform.
6.  Competitors must bring their own equipment.
7.  Competitors without the proper equipment will not be allowed to compete.

Tournament Features
1.  Participation medals for ALL participants to keep the focus on learning!
2.  Red and brown belts can gain experience refereeing!
3.  Head-to-head forms competition.
4.  Introduction & explanation of tournament components for participants, coaches, and spectators.
5.  An outstanding competitor award for 1 participant from each club represented.

Entry fee- for forms, sparring or both events:
$45 if pre-registered online or if postmarked before midnght
January 18, 2016
$90 if post-marked after midnight January 18, 2016 and at the door
