CWMA 2016 Annual Conference Exhibitors Packet

December 7 & 8, 2016 - Colorado Springs
Your registration for Exhibit Space includes mornings started off with a continental breakfast and continuous coffee breaks with attendees.  Lunch is provided for you on both days at the fabulous Mountain View Restaurant with a lavish buffet.  Dinner is on your own.  A social hour for exhibitors and attendees will be held December 7, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.   If you are interested, we are looking for sponsorships for the breakfast, coffee breaks and the social hour.  You will be recognized in the attendees packets as sponsors!  You can add these to your registration if you are interested in a sponsorship. 

Meeting Site – Cheyenne Mountain Resort, 3225 Broadmoor Valley Road, Colorado Springs, CO  80906.  All of the conference sessions and exhibits for the CWMA conference will be held at the hotel. 

Included in your registration for a  booth space is a 6' table, 2 chairs, table skirting and a wastebasket.  If you need other amenities or booth shipping information, please contact Laurie Mingen at info@cwma.org  and a form from Cheyenne Mountain Resort will be e-mailed to you.  You will need to fill out the form and fax it back to the resort.
