CWMA 2015 Annual Conference

December 2-4, 2015 - Avalon Theatre, Grand Junction Colorado
Your conference registration includes 2 1/2 days this year!  Start your morning with a continental breakfast at your hotel.  Then walk or drive a few blocks to the Avalon Theatre and visit with the exhibitors and get ready to collect your continuing education credits from a list of talented and inspiring speakers.   A creative box lunch is provided for you on both Wednesday and Thursday, as well as coffee breaks and nourishing snacks with the exhibitors.   Wednesday from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm enjoy a drink and appetizers with the exhibitors.  Dinner is on your own.  Friday, on your way out of town, join us at Colorado Cellars Winery in Palisade where we will provide you with the opportunity to learn about weed control practices in a vineyard as well as education and guidance on safely spraying on properties or rights of way next to a vineyard.  Then stop in for an open house at the Palisade Insectary and join Dan Bean and learn a little more about biological control!

Meeting Site – Avalon Theatre, 645 Main Street, Grand Junction, CO  81501.  All of the conference sessions and exhibits for the CWMA conference on Wednesday and Thursday will be held at the Avalon Theatre.

Lodging  -  CWMA is offering an $89.00 a room night rate (parking $6.00 per night) at three downtown hotels all within walking distance from the Avalon Theatre.  Please ask for the Colorado Weed Management Rate when making reservations.  Registration Deadline for the Hotels is extended to November 25, 2015 based on room availablity.

Tax Exemption:  To receive tax exemption for lodging, a tax-exempt certificate and agency check or credit card must be presented to the hotel upon arrival.  Individuals will not receive tax exemptions if they pay with personal checks, personal credit cards or cash.
