CWMA 2015 STS Exhibitor Packet

Spring Training School- April 7 - 8, 2015 - Embassy Suite Loveland

Your registration for Exhibit Space includes mornings started off with coffee and nibbles, lunch, morning and afternoon coffee breaks with attendees.  Lunch is provided on both days.  Dinner is on your own.  We are looking for sponsorships for coffee breaks and luncheons.  You can add these to your registration if you are interested in a sponsorship. All sponsors will receive special recognition on conference signage and attendee materials. 

We are also offering time on Tuesday, April 7th from 9:30 -10:00 for vendor presentations.    

Hotel Information - Embassy Suites Loveland

Hotel rooms are $98.00 per night plus tax and include breakfast and an evening reception.  Room Reservations must be made directly with Embassy Suites Loveland by March 10, 2015.    Click on the hotel link below or call 800-Embassy and mention CWMA.    

Registration Fee of $300.00 includes a  booth space with a 6' table, 2 chairs, table skirting and registration for one company representative to staff the display.  Additional representatives can be added for a fee of $50.00 each.
