April 2, 2019 Boston Design Week NKBA-NNE membership meeting European Granite

Celebrate Boston Design Week at  European Granite Marble Surfaces on April 2, 2019.

The guest speaker will be Thad Whittenburg, President of Kitchen & Bath Global Partners.  He will be discussing "The Customer Service Revolution"

Creating an amazing customer experience is the only option for companies that don’t offer the lowest price. Customer expectations have risen dramatically due to enhancements in technology and more importantly the complete and unwavering focus of some businesses to provide their customers with an experience that exceeds their expectations.

Come join us for the Customer Service Revolution and learn how to use touchpoints to deliver positive memories that will build incredibly loyal customers.  This qualifies for .1 CEU credit.

 NKBA-NNE chapter will be having our 50/50 Raffle. This will create an "Education/ Scholarship Fund" to be offered to our chapter's member's children.  The Chapter will match every dollar raised by the 50/50 Raffles. The applicants must be children of a member in good-standing (Dues Paid).  The panel of judges will determine the winner of the fund by reviewing the essay answers provided by the applicants. The applicants can be a student of a high school, college, or design school.

3pm:   NKBA Board Meeting

4-5pm:  Intro and information

5-6pm:   Passed Hors d' Oeuvres & Music

6-6:15pm:   Introduction of Thad Whittenburg

6:15-7:15pm:   "The Customer Service Revolution"

7:15-8:30pm:  Dessert/Coffee & Music
