All Alaska Orthopedic Conference
Dear Potential Sponsor,
You are invited to participate in the William J. Mills, III All Alaska Orthopedic Conference. This conference is the highlight of the orthopedic community in Alaska and draws attendance from the states orthopedic facilities. We anticipate attendance of over 150 orthopedic surgeons and allied health professionals as well as 6 nationally known speakers for this great weekend of learning.
This 3-day event is held in at The Hotel Alyeska from Friday March 31 until Sunday April 2, 2023. The scientific program is designed to deliver cutting-edge information provided by nationally recognized leaders in orthopedic surgery. The Anchorage Orthopedic Society believes the technical exhibits are a vital extension of the health care delivered by the attendees.
There is an exhibitor fee of $1500.00 for a regular sponsorship, which includes a display table, (6 ft.), to display your products, 1 vendor badges, and all meals and meeting activities. We have premium keynote sponsorships for $3000.00. This sponsorship inclues a display table (8ft) in a prime location, 2 vendor badges, meals and activities, as well as your company name and logo in the program and on all meeting materials. The weekend is structured to allow attendee's time to tour the technical exhibits before, during, and after the conference, and also during lunch and designated breaks. We also sponsor a raffle, with prizes for those who have visited every vendor and obtained signatures.
