Patrick Hardy is CEO of Hytropy Disaster Management™, a leading disaster management company in the US for cultural institutions. A Certified Emergency Manager®, Certified Risk Manager® and a FEMA Master of Exercise Practitioner® he has extensive experience working in the public, private and non-profit sectors in disaster management from micro-businesses to Fortune 500 companies such as Google, Merck, and Parsons Corporations. During the BP Oil Spill in 2010, he was in charge of 23 emergency sites and thousands of employees in three states.

 In the summer of 2012, he became the first small business owner ever to be selected as the National Private Sector Representative to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), spending three months in Washington D.C. constructing the first model small business disaster planning framework.
