Boston SCORE Workshop: Lean Business Planning 

Is the prospect of developing a business plan daunting? Have you procrastinated, even though everyone tells you you need one?

In this workshop you will learn a lean approach to business plans called the Business Model Canvas. See how, in a couple of hours, you can make tremendous progress toward getting the nuts and bolts of your business plan down on paper, so that you can move on to the critical activities of testing your assumptions and refining your business ideas.
