The workshop is presented by Susan LaPlante-Dube of Precision Marketing.  Susan is a Partner in two marketing firms , and has been published in many local and national publications, as well as speaking on various marketing topics at industry conferences. For the past year she has been teaching a series of social media classes at Harvard University for their Center for Workforce Development.
