This fee includes all advertising to attract visitors to the Parade of Homes website, renderings, 8-10 months of visibility instead of two weekends. It allows the Builder/Remodeler to have a much wider marketing range for out of county buyers who are interested on moving into the area. There is the savings of not having to staff your homes for two weekends. The opportunity of having your Virtual or Matterport tour on your website forever.

HBA is working with Berks Digital eXperience (BDX) who will supply Virtual and Matterport tours for a fee if you do not already have one you would like to use. BDX can help you with interactive and engaging content to showcase your built home online. The options with virtual and the market you can reach is what makes this a unique Parade of Homes for Berks County.

BDX has informed us that buyers when shopping for a home have come to expect an immersive experience. It is reported that listings with virtual tours get 87% more views, websites with virtual tours are viewed 3-6X longer than those without and properties with virtual tours receive 49% more qualified leads.

The events committee is working with BDX on this advertising package. They want all members participating to receive as much exposure as possible to help promote your homes.
