Logo for Vendor Registrations
Registered vendors will have their logos placed in the conference program, on the MT HIMSS Chapter website, and in other conference materials as applicable.
Set Up and Break Down
Set up can begin Monday, April 9th at 5 p.m. or Tuesday, April 10th at 7:00 a.m.
Breakdown can begin on Wednesday, April 11th after 10:30 a.m.
*Please note: vendors are responsible for their own set-up and tear down. A skirted 6 foot table and power is provided to each vendor.
Prize Giveaway
A portion of your registration fee will be put towards the purchase of prizes to be given away to attendees on Wednesday. Participants must be present to win. If your organization would like to offer your own giveaway, please notify a vendor liaison for further details.
Attendee Information
Registered vendors will receive a list of attendees including their name, title and company. We are unable to release any additional contact information, so we encourage our attendees to visit each of the vendors.
