Tee Off with the Liberty Hospital Foundation
at the 28th Annual Golf Classic! 

Come celebrate the 28th Annual Golf Classic on Friday, September 30, 2016 at Staley Farms Golf Club. Enjoy a day on one of the best championship courses in the Northland, along with complimentary meals and refreshments, a great raffle, and a variety of fun on-course events.

Proceeds from the tournament will benefit the core programs and services of the Liberty Hospital Foundation.  These programs include: the Medication Assistance Fund, the TreeHouse at Liberty Hospital, the LiveWell Community Grant Program, and more. 

 Each Golfer Receives:
Green fees, Cart, Lunch & Hors D'Oeuvres, Custom Gift

Prizes will be Awarded to the Top Three Teams in each Flight
Putting Contest, Longest Drive, Hole-in-One contests, Other on-course events

Entry fees are $225 per golfer. Individual and corporate sponsorship packages start at $500.
