Ask any chef what one of the most versatile ingredients is and they will tell you that it is the egg. Eggs are also one of the things that most home cooks don't do well. Join us as we explore Brunch and cooking eggs.
These classes are non-refundable, but are tranferable. Unless otherwise stated, the classes will begin at 9:00am at Nage Rehoboth Beach. The doors will open at 8:45am and we will have a pot of coffee ready when you arrive. The class will last between 1-2 hours and will be followed by a special chef's lunch. All of the recipes covered in the class will be prepared in a hand-out that you make take home with you. You will be reminded of the class by email a few days before it takes place.
