The Winter Series of Classes includes:

January 23 - Winter Soups
When it's cold outside, there is nothing better than a steaming bowl of hearty homemade soup and a piece of crusty bread.  Join us as we explore making winter soups.  You'll never buy canned again!

February 27 - Brunch & Cooking with Eggs
Ask any chef what one of the most versatile ingredients is and they will tell you that it is the egg.  Eggs are also one of the things that most home cooks don't do well.  Join us as we explore Brunch and cooking eggs.

March 19 - Spring Entertaining
Join us as we explore warmer weather entertaining.  As we move toward Spring & Summer, our eating habits change.  Let us show you some our our favorite warm weather party food recipes and the wines we like to pair with them.

April 23 - Cooking with Vegetables
Take advantage of all of the wonderful food coming out of our local farms.  We will be exploring some of our favorite dishes that are made with local vegetables.

These classes are non-refundable, but are tranferable.  Unless otherwise stated, the classes will begin at 9:00am at Nage Rehoboth Beach.  The doors will open at 8:45am and we will have a pot of coffee ready when you arrive.  The class will last between 1-2 hours and will be followed by a special chef's lunch.  All of the recipes covered in the class will be prepared in a hand-out that you make take home with you.  You will be reminded of the class by email a few days before it takes place.
