The Fall Series of Classes includes:

October 3 - Mixology
Join our Beverage Gurus and learn the art of liquor infusion and making hand-crafted cocktails!  So that you can sample our delicious concoctions, we have decided to hold this class at a special time - 2:00pm.  It will be followed by a special Cocktail & Hors d'Oeuvres Tasting.

October 24 - Making Your Own Pasta
Join Nage Executive Chef Sean Corea as he explores how you can make fresh, delicious pasta in your own home.  It's an easy & fun activity that will "WOW" your friends and family.

November 21 - Holiday Baked Goods
Take your holiday baking to a new level with Nage Pastry Chef Dru Tevis.  Chef Dru will help you create holiday baked good that are beautiful as well as delicious.

December 19 - Holiday Hors d’Oeuvres & Cocktails
The holidays will be here before you know it!  The most important ingredients for any holiday get together are the Hors d'Oeuvres and Cocktails.  In this class you will have both Executive Chef Sean Corea and Nage Mixologist Mark Harrison at your service to show you how to celebrate the holidays in style!

These classes are non-refundable, but are tranferable.  Unless otherwise stated, the classes will begin at 9:00am at Nage Rehoboth Beach.  The doors will open at 8:45am and we will have a pot of coffee ready when you arrive.  The class will last between 1-2 hours and will be followed by a special chef's lunch.  All of the recipes covered in the class will be prepared in a hand-out that you make take home with you.  You will be reminded of the class by email a few days before it takes place.
