Join us on Saturday, April 18 when we take a look at cooking with Fresh Local Spring Vegetables. The chefs at Nage are experts at cooking with fresh, local vegetables. In the Spring and Summer over 90% of the vegetables we use come from local farms. Let us show you how to choose, store, and cook fresh vegetables this Spring & Summer.
The price of the class is $55 per person and will be immediately followed by a special lunch with the instructor. The lunch is included in the price of the class! We will prepare a handout with all of the recipes from the class for you to take home.
