Join us on Saturday, March 14 when we explore Sauce Making. Did you know that if you learn the five Mother Sauces you can make virtually any sauce imaginable? It's true. in this class we will give you a good solid foundation in the art of sauces.
The price of the class is $55 per person and will be immediately followed by a special lunch with the instructor. The lunch is included in the price of the class! We will prepare a handout with all of the recipes from the class for you to take home.
