Join us on Saturday, February 21 when we explore cooking Seafood. Cooking Seafood can be tricky and making a mistake can be expensive. Let the chefs at Nage show you how to properly store, handle and cook seafood. Once you learn the basic concepts you'll be creating seafood dishes like a pro!
The price of the class is $55 per person and will be immediately followed by a special lunch with the instructor. The lunch is included in the price of the class! We will prepare a handout with all of the recipes from the class for you to take home.
The class will begin at 9am. The doors will open at 8:45am and we will have a pot of coffee ready for you when you arrive. Click the link below to register and pay for this class online. No reservations or ticket sales will be made through the restaurant. There will be no refunds on these events.
