The Tempel Lippizan mission (since 1958) is to promote classical dressage and the Lippizan breed in the U.S. through a careful breeding and training program. We will learn about the history of this classical art through the beauty of synchronized movements, the harmony between horse and rider and impressive athleticism and training of the ‘airs above the ground’. This American program is modeled after the Spanish Riding School in Vienna, Austria. See the beginning to advanced stages of training from foal to stallion in this ‘Learns to Dance’ presentation. A question-and-answer session follows.
Indoors or outdoors, dependent on the weather. NOTE: This is NOT Dancing Horses of Delavan.
