We will leave Tallent Hall 7:15 AM for a two hour drive West to Monroe, WI. 10:00 – 11:00 AM We will visit the National Historic Cheese Making Center. 11:30 – 1:00 PM Lunch in the Ratskeller, located in the lower level of Monroe’s Turner Hall 2:00 – 4:00 PM After a short drive into the county, we will tour the DeVoe Dairy Farm.
