ALL’s Week of Learning, June 5-9, 2017
Sure, these are familiar beverages, but “still” (pun intended) there’s a lot “brewing” this week, including info on their histories, growing areas and methods, use in food and cooking, the in’s and out’s of retail and distribution, plus a look at medical and religious aspects.
But wait, there’s more: we’re also going on a field trip that will include some educational sampling! Daily program schedule and a description of Friday’s lunch selections on reverse side.
Monday: registration at 8:30 AM. On-campus classes in Molinaro D132
