If you are a current member, have your member number handy when you fill out the form.
On-line registration may be paid using check or credit card. Credit card payments are through PayPal. You do not have to be a member of PayPal to use this service.
Payment by check can be made in full or a partial payment of $200 may be sent with the remainder due by March 24, 2015. If the total balance is less than $200 it must be paid in full. Checks should be made payable to IWC and should be mailed to: IWC; c/o Linda Kaufman; 85 Cross Creek Circle; Sedona, AZ 86336.
PayPal registration must be paid in full.
Cancellations will be refunded when received in writing by March 24, 2015, minus a $40 cancellation fee. After that date no refunds will be given.
Notification of assigned classes will begin on April 8, 2015.
