Registration for the 2022 National Association of Former United States Attorneys (NAFUSA) Annual Conference is now open!
Our Annual Conference will be held at The Hotel Del Coronado in San Diego California, April 6-8, 2022.
The conference will open on Wednesday, April 6th, with a welcome reception at the hotel from 6-9pm sponsored by Guidepost Solutions. Lifetime NAFUSA member Christopher Wray, Director of the FBI, will make opening comments. Golf will be available on Wednesday morning at the Torrey Pines North Golf Course.
Thursday and Friday sessions will include a panel discussion on “The Legacy of Women at DOJ: An Oral and Written History”; a presentation of the Bradford Award to the top AUSA of the year; a Supreme Court Update by Kathleen Sullivan; a panel on “Crypto and Bitcoin”; a dialogue with EOUSA and the AGAC with Monty Wilkinson and the chair of the AGAC; and an ethics presentation. On each day of the meetings, luncheons will be held for all participants.
Thursday evening is reserved for class reunions at various off-site locations, organized by a representative of each class. The closing dinner and general membership meeting will be held on Friday with a keynote speaker to be named.
You may register by clicking on the red link below or on the link on the NAFUSA website (nafusa.org). Unfortunately the reserved block of rooms is already full at the Del Coronado. The Glorietta Bay Inn is directly across the street from the Del. For reservations please contact them at 619-435-3101. Attendees should be fully vaccinated and, if possible, have a booster shot, or be prepared to show proof of a negative covid test. Hopefully the current surge will abate by April. We will continue to monitor the situation carefully.
Feel free to contact me with any questions.
