The conference will begin with a cocktail reception on Thursday evening, October 9, 2014, at the Fairmont Copley Plaza. The reception will honor Robert Mueller, the recently retired director of the FBI. For those interested in playing golf on Thursday morning, at the Belmont Country Club. Spouses, guests and sponsors are welcome to play.  

On Friday morning President Don Stern will call the conference to order and Carmen Ortiz, the United States Attorney for the District of Massacuusetts will welcome us to Boston. Following the traditional roundhouse introduction of members, a panel is planned on corporate monitors, moderated by Jeffrey Taylor, with Leslie Caldwell, Michael Bromwich, Kevin O'Connor and Eric Feldman as panelists. A second panel on national security will feature John Carlin, Steve Vladeck and Charlie Savage. On Friday afternnoon, we will enjoy lunch and a cruise on Boston Harbor. On Friday evening, various adminstration classes will hold their reunions. 

Saturday morning's CLE program will include the presentaton of the J. Michael Bradford Award to the AUSA of the year, and a dialogue with Monty Wilkinson, Director of EOUSA and Loretta Lynch, chair of the AGAC, moderated by President Don Stern. The program will continue with a panel on the ethical issues of internal investigations and a second panel on "DOJ and the Battle for Passage and Enforcement of the Civil Rights Act of 1964", with Gerald Stern, John Stewart, Frank Mackaman and Steven Pollack. Saturday afternoon will feature an optional tour of Fenway Park.

 The conference will close with a Saturday evening banquet and meeting, featuring Ed Davis, former Boston Police Department Commissioner as the keynote speaker: "Lessons Learned from the Boston Marathon Bombing". 

 

Member Registration fee of $400.00 INCLUDES Thursday Cocktail Reception, Friday and Saturday Continental Breakfast and CLE Programs, Friday afternoon luncheon and Boston Harbor cruise, Saturday afternoon Fenway Park tour and Saturday Reception and Dinner. The registration fee does not include golf at Belmont Country Club. If you are interested in playing golf, please select the golf option under "additional fees" on the registration form. The $250 fee includes golf, lunch and transportation.
