TODAY'S CHRISTIAN MEN live in a world that is saturated with negative images and concepts of what it means to be a man. The media mostly portrays men as unreliable, weak-willed dweebs, far inferior to women and dumber than children, and our broken homes have prevented many from being modeled true manhood. As John Eldredge  and others have stated, we have several generations of uninitiated men - men who have not been taught how to be Christian men - TRUE MEN.

HAVE YOU EVER ASKED YOURSELF "What lies do I believe about my manhood?" Or “what does God look for in a man after His own heart?” Let us help you see how the truth of who you are in Christ can set you free to be all God created you to be. Do you ever wonder why you respond to certain circumstances, situations, and others the way you do? We will offer a better understanding of how God 'wired' you through your personality. Do you look in the mirror and wonder if you have what it takes? We will help you to see yourself as God sees you, and to remember who you are in His eyes.

TRUE MEN RETREATS are for ALL MEN ages 18 and up and include dynamic worship, insightful messages, special activities, personal time alone with God, and small and large group interaction. While at the retreat you will have the opportunity to relax by the lake, walk the trails, or sit in the Adirondack rocking chairs on the porch, and enjoy time alone or with friends.

REMCO BROMMET, and the team of men God has brought together to plan and facilitate the True Men Retreat, have extensive experience in spiritual revitalization ministry, men’s ministry and retreat ministry.

STRONG ROCK CAMP & RETREAT CENTER is a beautiful,  recently built facility located in the North Georgia mountains just outside Cleveland, GA. Retreat participants stay in nice, climate controlled cabins with front porches and a bathroom and showers in each cabin. We have enough cabin space that each man can usually sleep on a bottom bunk. Each participant brings their own bedding and towels. Each cabin is a short walking distance to the main lodge but can be driven to if needed. Strong Rock is nestled in the trees, has walking trails around the campgrounds and is graced with two small lakes. Each participant will be sent a detailed list of what to bring and how to get to the retreat center after registering.
