Event is Saturday, November 12, 9:30 a.m. to 12:35 p.m.

Set-up is Friday, November 11, 5 to 7 p.m. and Saturday, November 12, 7 to 9 a.m.


Volunteer in the Following Areas:

All Day: 7 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
I will help throughout the day. Put me where I'm most needed.

Set Up: 7-9:30 a.m.
Welcome exhibitors, teachers, and other volunteers and help them get set-up. This will include helping bring items into the building, unpacking, escorting people to the correct place. This job involves lifting and walking.

Registration/Greeter: 8:30-9:30 a.m.
Greet girls and confirm their registration. This job involves standing and walking.

Runner: 9 a.m.-12:35 p.m.
Help as needed. This job involves walking and standing.

Clean Up: 12:35-1:30 p.m.
Help get all the girls safely on their way home; help presenters remove supplies and gear. This job involves lifting and walking. 

Volunteer Orientation:

Volunteer Orientation is required for all participants.

Information for the Day of the Event:

Volunteers and Presenters must check in on Saturday, November 12 at the Volunteer/Presenter Check In in the Shelby Center for Science & Technology. At the check in you will receive your name badge and other important information.

For security purposes everyone must wear a badge to be in the Shelby Center for Science & Technology on November 12.
