Growing Learning Leaders
A Network to Support School Leadership 

Growing Learning Leaders will provide the learning, support, guidance and networking necessary to build school leader capacity to mobilize educators and increase achievement for ALL learners.

Leaders will:

• Establish a clear school focus by keeping the work and the conversations targeted on the issues that matter most
• Manage change by understanding how to skillfully steer through the challenges associated with making improvements, both large and small
• Develop a purposeful community by creating a sense among all staff that they are invested in student outcomes and they can make a difference

Key Features:

• Each participant will receive a copy of the book, Design Thinking for School Leaders
• Monthly coaching opportunities will be available for each participant on site.

Audience:
School Leaders:  Principals, Administrators, Executive Directors

This network is offered at no cost.
